The site has no form and asks for no health data, no photograph and no account. Language is chosen by the address of the page, without a preference cookie.

The host Ex2 Inc. may keep technical connection logs (IP address, date, page requested) for the security of the service. Their duration and legal basis are set out in Ex2’s privacy policy.

The only technical purposes are operating and securing the hosted site. There is no direct marketing, profiling, audience measurement or sharing of data for advertising.

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the French Data Protection Act, people have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where the processing allows it, portability. They may lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

To exercise them in relation to this site, write to contact@drmichaelconiglio.com. Rights relating to the medical record, which is separate from this site, are exercised under the rules applicable to health data.

No third-party service processes content, appointments or analytics on this site. Hosting is provided by Ex2 Inc.; the servers used for this site are located in France. Ex2’s privacy policy explains how it handles personal data.

The site is static and does not store patient messages. Security also depends on the host, Ex2 Inc., including restricted access, updates and encrypted connections (HTTPS).
